Delivery Service

All orders are shipped via DHL Local courier, Surrey Pallitz, unless otherwise stated.

We primarily use a next working day delivery service for in stock items dispatched within the UK.

Where a mobile number is provided at checkout, DHL or Surrey Pallitz will send delivery notifications via SMS and email, including a one hour delivery time window on the day of delivery (where available).

Dispatch Times

To ensure same-day dispatch, we operate a cut off time of 1:00pm (UK time) for next working day delivery.

Orders placed after this time will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

In some cases, we may be able to process late orders for same-day dispatch, but this is not guaranteed. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us directly on 0800 233 5353 before placing your order.

Delivery Timescales

“Next working day” delivery refers to Monday–Friday only and excludes weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier networks, weather conditions, traffic disruption, supply chain delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Stock Availability

Orders are shipped subject to stock availability.

If an item is out of stock, backordered, or requires additional handling (including hazardous or regulated goods), dispatch may be delayed. We will contact you if this affects your order.

Hazardous / Special Products

Certain products (including pyrotechnics and other regulated or hazardous goods) may be subject to additional shipping restrictions, delivery requirements, or courier limitations.

These items may require specialist handling and cannot always be shipped on a standard next-day service.

International Shipping

We do not currently list all international shipping options at checkout.

If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. International shipping availability, costs, and timescales vary depending on destination and product type.

Responsibility & Risk

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the goods transfers to the courier.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

We cannot accept liability for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the courier, although we will assist in resolving any courier claims where possible.
