Refund policy

We hope all customers are completely satisfied with their purchase from Force FX Supplies & Hire Ltd. If you need to return an item, please read the following policy carefully.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Pyrotechnics
Flame paste
Confetti cannons
Any hazardous or consumable products
Any item that has been opened, used, modified, or had seals broken

These items are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.

Unwanted Items

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returned items must be:

Unused
Unopened
In their original packaging
With all seals intact
In a resaleable condition

Returns must be received within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

Please note:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned within the statutory cancellation period.
Supplementary delivery charges (such as express delivery, gift wrapping, or other optional services) are non-refundable once fulfilled.

Restocking Charges

A restocking charge of up to 20% may apply to returned unwanted items where goods require inspection, repackaging, or handling before resale. No restocking fee will be charged for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Goods should be returned in their original condition where possible, together with proof of purchase and a completed returns form. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Sale Items

Sale or clearance items may be returned within 14 days unless otherwise stated. Items must meet the return conditions outlined above.

Discounts & Promotional Offers

If items purchased as part of a promotional offer are returned and the remaining order no longer qualifies for the promotion or discount threshold, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Proof of Posting

For your protection, we recommend obtaining proof of postage and appropriate insurance when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Age Restrictions

Certain products sold by Force FX Supplies & Hire Ltd, including pyrotechnics and related special effects items, are age restricted and may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over.

By placing an order for age-restricted products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to purchase and use such items. We reserve the right to request proof of age before dispatch and to refuse or cancel any order where satisfactory identification is not provided.

Any attempt to purchase age-restricted items on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

Failed Deliveries & Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be completed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the order may be returned to us by the courier.
